Return Policy

We want you to love your PureScrub Electric Spin Scrubber. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return your item. To be eligible, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it, with all original packaging and accessories included.

How to Return

To initiate a return, contact us at getpurescrubsupport@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll guide you through the process.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your scrubber arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund, your choice.

Non-Returnable Items

Replacement brush heads that have been used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
